ABOUT

Founded in 2022 for WSTB’s 50th anniversary, the WSTB Alumni Association was created to keep former staffers connected to the station, celebrate its history, and follow the continued success of our alumni.

For years, WSTB has helped students develop valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, leadership, and more through broadcasting. Before the Alumni Association, staying connected with graduates was difficult. Today, the association allows us to remain connected and see how 88.9 WSTB has helped shape our alumni into who they are today.

With more than 170 members, we are always looking to grow our alumni community. Membership is free and includes access to our monthly newsletter and events. Alumni can also donate and receive exclusive merchandise, with proceeds supporting the station they helped build.

Our goal is to keep alumni informed, connected, and involved with WSTB. If you have questions or would like to join, email wstb-alumni@rock889.com.
